Currently this is the best cafe to hang out for me and my hubby  ...and khairyn loved it to...at the moment this cafe is very cosy and the food is yummy and i really like the 'heavenly mocha and brrista choc'  ...been here twice since last two weeks..and will be going again tomorrow...

Before the BIG 30..

HAPPY 29TH BIRTHDAY ABANG& Daddy....we love you very much 
Better late than never....  counter damage awal-awal..  i am terribly sorry for this late post for your big day abang...my other half's birthday was on 4th May...but after so many thing happen in May..now only i have the time to update my blog....
Erm...khas buat yang tercinta, i baked a chocolate cake yang konon-kononye nak buat macam bola...tapi bile dah beli barang semuanya...yang konon-kononnye juga nak baked at night time before the party suddenly i realised telo tak de!!!! 
Ape lagi..buat-buat tak tau je lah konon....  takut dia sedar yang tadi keluar beli barang tak beli telor....aduh...kalo kat Malaysia...takde hal lah kan...since dok sudan ni...ada limitations la...  So the next morning...pikir punye pikir..  trus bukak internet, dan type kat google "kek tanpa telur!!!!" ha...berderet yang keluar...Ya Allah...lega gile...  bile dah siap...nak deco the cake...alamak  ...bukannye reti nak decorate ni...pastu amik bola khairyn, tiru....hahahaha..... 
Hasilnya tak delah secantik mana...tapi rasa kire ok lah...very moist...thank god jadi jugak kek tu.... so we had a very private party and a simple one...i cooked a few dishes - udang masak merah, ayam panggang dan salad....we shared the moment with bob n epul...
Actually no photo taken since we captured it by camcoder...i have tried to broadcast it but did not complete yet..will upload the video soon...thank you for sharing...
To my beloved husband...the number does not matter..the most important is we are happy living together with our baby and may all of your wish come true..May Allah bless us, always...happy birthday Abang.....

Ok....let me explain...khairyn ni dulu gile pakai baju thomas n frens and bob the builder...but since we came back from our balik kg holiday...her daddy bought a red liverpool jersey..siap pilih no. 8 (stevie G)...alahai...ape lah mamy nak kata...bukan nye taknak bagi...tapi...kang mamy yang kena  ngan Ma (khairyn panggil my mom)....baju tu kalau basuh..bile nak sidai (selalu khairyn tolong i SIDAI kain laaa) khairyn trus bawak lari okeyyy...
ampun makkk.....salah kan azam tau....
tp at least nowadays gurls do play football..or...futsal...  ke khairyn terpengaruh pasal mamy selalu pasang g&g??? "You Will Never Walk Alone"...

Curfew for Khartoum City

Salam to all....
By the time u read this, the situation in capital city of Sudan, Khartoum is under control. However the soldiers are all around the city and still hunting for the JEM members (Darfur rebel), a group responsible for all the mess happened in Omdurman.
In general.....Semuanya bermula pada sabtu petang dalam pukul lima .ada serangan dari pihak pemberontak darfur  ...hanya berlaku di Omdurman and luckily till the bridge border with Khartoum+/- 30km dari mansyia..our residential area  ..the threat already started on friday evening (actually we hosted a makan-makan for students and friends who are going back for good - i'll update later...) saying the darfur rebel will attack omdurman area on 4wd!!!  ...what?? from darfur to omdurman is about 1,000km..so semua berjaga2 lah... sabtu petang tu serangan pengganas bermula (pelik..ngape cepat sangat sampai.ke mmg dah ade senyap2 kat sini)..tapi all being defeated by the security forces....Alhamdullilah...... 
Then the government imposed a curfew la ape lagi..first was 5pm(saturday - 10/5/2008) till 6am (sunday - 11/5/2008) then extended until 10am (sunday)....we were very worry since this is the first time we face such a situation...actually the battles usually took place in the darfur area..but now they have the gut to attack the city!!!! 
So far,situation seems to look calm but uncertainty and uneasiness is still there...all u out there, please pray for our safety..tqvm..

Summer 2008 - Dubai

Again and again i've been to Dubai...again:-O ...nak wat cammane dah hubby ada sikit kelije loooh...apa mau buat, takkan nak tinggal kat Khartoum kan...baik ikut...bleh gak release tension ...hikhikhik....
as we arrived the temperature was moderate..not too hot(not as hot in khartoum okey  ) nothing much actually...but i saw some differences in the Dubai area compared the last time we came (christmas 2007) they are in the progress to beautify the dubai city.

the other thing was it was damn hard to get a taxi!!!!!  this time we stayed at the dream palace hotel since my fav hotel (trader's) was full!! if you are staying at the trader's hotel, you can easily book their limo (taxi ler) and will cost you only additional of 10dirham than the usual taxi fares. tapi memandangkan dok hotel lain....ya allah susahnya nak dapat teksi...i was soooooooo ok....so we decided to go to the nearby malls by foot!!! abih la lenguh2 semuanya..bukan pasal jauh, pasalnye momy dah lama tak exercise...daaaa!!!! daddy berlagak gile la...dia kata dia fit since started bersokan lately... 
so as i said nothing much...do enjoy some photos taken while in dubai...i'll upload a few more later...

Nile Cruise

We had joined a Nile Cruise in Sudan...organised by Petronita..the cruise took place for approximately two hours..we sailed thru the White Nile and Blue Nile...we had fun and was a nice experience to sail thru rivers...selain daripada tu....jumpa kawan-kawan...anak-anak pun seronok...tq to petronita committees....terima kasih daun keladi...kalau ada acara, jangan lupa jemput kami...

Dearest Daddy in Action!

Salam and ola to all.....
Ehem just wanna shout to all my dearest hubby was in action for a ping-pong competition in Sudan! After all this while (since August 2007) he did not join any group for any sport. Unlike in Malaysia which he used to be active in sports. futsal la...badminton la...bola la..tah ape2 lagi yang dia masuk...
But since the ping-pong competition was open for the Asian embassies in Khartoum, Sudan...terpaksa lah turun...kedutaan Malaysia di sini ada 6 orang sahaja...so have to dude! dah la lama tak bersukan or bersenam....
The 1st game he played against a woman from Japan Embassy...lawan pompuan beb...nasib baik menang la....  ek abang...kalu dak....  malu laaa.....second game pun dgn mamat jepun dan kalah lerrrr.....also the 3rd game lost to a junior national player from Sudan....kire boleh laaa....takla malu sgt ek dad???
